These terms govern use of this website operated by Aptura AI UK Ltd, company no. 16378696. They do not govern a data licence, which requires a separate written agreement.
Indicative estimates
Estimator results are non-binding indications based on the answers entered and the pricing assumptions in force at the time. They are not offers, valuations for accounting or insolvency purposes, or professional advice. Any transaction is subject to diligence, rights verification, sample quality, agreed scope and contract.
Your information
You must provide information you reasonably believe to be accurate and must not submit confidential operational data, personal data about another person, credentials or archives through the estimator. The form is for qualification details only.
Rights and authority
Requesting an estimate does not represent that Aptura will license any data. Before a transaction, the company or authorised practitioner must demonstrate the authority and rights required to enter the agreement and make the agreed material available.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape it at disruptive volume or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Content and availability
Website content belongs to Aptura or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may retain a reasonable internal copy for evaluating a potential transaction. We may update, suspend or withdraw the website without notice.
Liability
