Is this a firm offer?
No. It is an indicative range based on company scale, data mix and current demand. A firm offer follows a scoped quality read of a controlled sample, usually within days.
Do you see our data to estimate?
No. The estimate uses only the answers you enter here. No operational data leaves your systems.
Who licenses the data?
Aptura is the direct licensee. We contract with and pay you directly, then structure approved material for licensing to frontier labs under contractual controls. A named model whitelist is available.
What about our clients' confidentiality?
We agree exclusions before extraction. Personal data, protected health information and client identifiers are irreversibly masked before external use. A data processing agreement is available.
What does non-exclusive mean?
You keep ownership and may license the same underlying data to others. If you prefer to grant exclusive rights, the estimator reflects the resulting premium.
How do you pay?
By wire on delivery, typically two to four weeks after signature, subject to the agreed scope and delivery plan.
