Effective 23 July 2026
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Aptura AI UK Ltd handles personal data collected through this website. It does not replace the transaction-specific privacy and data processing terms agreed during diligence.
Who is responsible
Aptura AI UK Ltd, company no. 16378696, registered at Fora, 42-46 Princelet Street, London E1 5LP, is the controller for website enquiry data. Contact data@aptura.ai.
What we collect
If you request a firm offer, we collect your name, work email, optional company name, estimator answers and calculated indicative range. If you contact us directly, we also process the information in your message.
The estimator calculation runs in your browser. We do not store its answers unless you choose to send an enquiry. Aptura's own site code does not use local storage, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking.
The dedicated booking page embeds Calendly. When you open it, Calendly may process scheduling details, device information, cookies and similar technologies under its own controls and cookie banner. Aptura receives the details you submit to arrange and follow up the meeting. You can use the direct Calendly link on that page instead of the embedded view.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to assess a potential transaction, respond to you, arrange diligence and protect against misuse. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business-development process.
Who receives it
Authorised Aptura staff and service providers supporting hosting, form delivery, scheduling and business communications may process enquiry data on our behalf. We do not sell website enquiry data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Retention and international access
We retain unsuccessful enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, audit and legal purposes. Transaction records are kept for the periods required by the agreement and applicable law. Where a service provider processes data outside the UK, we use an approved transfer mechanism where required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at data@aptura.ai so we can address the request.
Changes
We will update the effective date when this notice changes materially.
